The 2011 syrup crop is currently underway and we have had a good yield with
excellent tasting syrup. We were in the bush in mid-January
replacing tubing and we were ready to make syrup in February. The
first syrup was made February 19th. With all the cold nights and warm
days it has been a good season so far.
We moved into our new bottling facility in September 2010 and it has
made packaging and the ability to track our products much easier. We have also added a new
filter press to the bottling facility this year. We became Certified
Organic in 2002, and year after year our organic market has increased.
